PAYMENT METHOD

Payment must be made by advance wire transfer after our order confirmation sent by e-mail or fax. Order number and date must be indicated in the wire transfer. It is expressly understood that the order will only be filled and products shipped after amounts due are credited to our current account. On this subject, please note that the time currently required by bank systems to credit a wire transfer on a beneficiary’s current account is three to five business days. RETURNS POLICY

Purchases made from the online store are subject to the regulations set by Legislative Decree nr. 185 dated 22/05/1999: the consumer can exert his rights. Specifically, the consumer must communicate his intentions by sending an e-mail to info@rumorblock.it or registered letter within 10 days of receipt of goods, specifying whether a product replacement or total refund is required. Amounts paid will be refunded within 10 days by wire transfer after goods are received at our offices. Products must be returned in their original sale conditions. Return transport fees are at the customer’s expense.
